The White family, who also own the award winning Whites Bar and Kitchen in Steyning acquired The Swan Inn two years ago, ahead of the third additon The Fountain, Ashurst which was acquired last April. The family offer a wonderful homely atmosphere to all who visit.
With the South Downs Way in easy reach, and a myriad of footpaths leading straight out into the countryside, Fittleworth offers the perfect place to explore from. The stunning coastline is within easy reach as are the popular towns of Petworth, Arundel and Chichester
For genertaions past The Swan Inn has been a favourite amongst artists inspired by the beauty of the area. During the Victorian era many famous artists visted the Swan painting a picture in return for food and lodgings. These pictures have been individually framed and displayed in our Bar area.
Goodwood Racecourse, Arundel Castle and Petworth House are all within easy reach...details of all local attractions can be found at Enjoy England.
